Placing an Order

When placing an order with World of Parts, it’s recommended to create an account. This process requires providing contact details such as name, address, and telephone number. This information is utilised for billing, shipping, and potential communication purposes.

 For any uncertainties regarding the correct parts needed, please consult with our team before placing your order.

Errors and Omissions

While we strive for accuracy, occasional errors in pictures or descriptions may occur. If you come across an evident error, please reach out to us at [email protected], attention to the Manager, for immediate rectification. Contact us before making purchases to ensure accuracy in product supply.

 World of Parts offers aftermarket parts and retains the right to offer a compatible product from another brand if the customer’s preferred brand is unavailable. If the substituted brand holds a lower value, a refund of the difference will be issued.

 We reserve the right to refund orders from customers displaying abusive behaviour or failing to understand our terms. Discrimination against our employees will not be tolerated, and orders from customers exhibiting such behaviour will be refunded.

 Despite our efforts, human errors might result in parcels being misdirected. In such cases, we reserve the right to request that the parcel be forwarded to the intended customer by the accidental recipient. We’ll provide a full refund of freight costs incurred and offer a free freight option to alleviate inconvenience caused to both customers.

Back Orders

While we aim to stock as many items as possible, limitations from suppliers prevent us from carrying every listed item on our website at all times. We endeavour to keep our site updated with back-order dates. Occasionally, items listed as in-stock may sell out or experience dispatch delays. We apologise for any inconvenience and reserve the right to offer a full refund for orders going to back-order with our suppliers.

Refunds

Please note, express postage applies solely to delivery and does not expedite warehouse processing time. Standard picking time should be considered for all orders.

Pricing

Product specifications and prices may change without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control, including currency fluctuations. Prices will be confirmed upon order acceptance. We reserve the right to refund partial or complete orders due to supplier price increases.

 Kindly note that special discount codes EXCLUDE WHOLEGOODS unless otherwise specified. Any whole goods purchased with a special code will not be processed and will be refunded.

Product Warranty

Products sold by World of Parts are covered by respective manufacturers’ warranties and guarantees. We act as re-sellers and are not accountable for damages caused directly or indirectly by these products. Purchasers waive their rights for any claims against the Company for product liability caused by malfunction, defect, or damage.

New Machine Sales

All Machines supplied by World of Parts, as per dealer agreements with our suppliers, undergo assembly and testing before dispatch. Customers are advised to review the provided owner’s manuals before initiating operation.

 Due to supplier restrictions, we reserve the right to fully refund orders placed by customers not within our service area for specific brands or models.
