Shipping:

At World of Parts, we ensure all orders, including regular post parcels, are tracked for your convenience. Typically, regular post orders take 1-3 working days for delivery, but the duration may vary depending on your delivery location. Australia Post allows up to 7 working days for regular parcels. For urgent orders, we recommend selecting the express shipping option.

We ship to any address within Australia. Upon placing an order, our system will automatically estimate delivery costs. Any variations in shipping options will be individually quoted to you.

Delivery timing depends on the availability of selected items. In instances where parts become unavailable or are placed on back order, we make every effort to notify you within 7 working days from order confirmation. However, certain supplier issues may cause delays. For confirmation of stock availability before placing an order, please inquire, as large order volumes may occasionally lead to items taking 1-2 days to restock.

Orders placed after Midday may risk an additional working day due to overnight shipments from our suppliers.

All goods are dispatched through Toll, Australia Post, Star Track, or local couriers, unless specifically requested otherwise.

Please note: If carriers from these services are unavailable for collection and your parts were ordered on express shipping, we will use an alternative carrier to ensure same-day shipping from our warehouse.

Kindly note that our working days refer to Monday-Friday. Shipments are not dispatched on Saturdays and Sundays due to freight carrier constraints.

Before placing orders, please verify if your postcode falls under overnight delivery regions. Additionally, some products, such as Axles, Hydro’s, Deck Housings, Drive Shafts, Mower Blades, Tyres, etc., may be too large or heavy for overnight shipping and will be dispatched via Couriers Please or Australia Post. Inquire beforehand for confirmation and to avoid potential delays.

Oversized Items, Bulky Goods:

Initial shipping fees are based on your order total during checkout. Upon processing your order for shipment, we’ll assess actual dimensions, weight, destination, carrier, and any limitations. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees, cancel orders associated with oversized or heavy items, or for any other limitations. In such cases, you’ll be contacted via phone or email for further instructions, including the option to cancel your order. This is primarily applicable to the Northern Territory Region.

International Orders:

We reserve the right to quote additional fees or refund orders that may incur high shipping costs to certain countries.

Dangerous Goods:

For orders containing dangerous goods such as Aerosol cans, Batteries, Oils, and some Lubricants, we reserve the right to charge additional fees or issue refunds. We may refund the entire order, inform you of extra charges, or process a freight-free shipment via road only.

Note: If the shipping calculator cannot determine freight costs for your postcode, please inform us, and we will manually calculate the costs and rectify the product link accordingly. Thank you.

Refunds:

We do not refund parcels that do not arrive within the expected timeframe unless they were sent via express post or registered.

All freight options during checkout are calculated from the time of dispatch, not the time of order.
